Brooklyn born MC/ Producer DOZA THE DRUM DEALER came on the scene officially in 2017 as 1/3 of the NARCOTECHS. In between dropping the three group projects with his partners Dax Mpire and Ark Medina (wich garnered features from RAEKWON, TONY TOUCH, and CORTEZ) he began dropping self produced solo projects as well. His WHEN THE RABBIT GOT THE GUN series garnered features from the late great FRED THE GODSON, HUS KINGPIN, and ILL BILL. He also has guest appearances on HUS KINGPIN'S critically acclaimed PORTISHUS, and BJORKINPIN. In 2021 he linked up with yonkers mc CASKET D. and dropped the PKURPZN album wich he produced entirely. Later in 2021 he linked up with battle rap legend CORTEZ once again to produce half of his first solo album RESOLUTIONS, and guest appear along side the legendary INSPECTAH DECK on the song AIN'T NO LOVE on RESOLUTIONS PT 2 in 2022. Also in the summer of 2022 he dropped a collab project with D. GOYNZ of PITCH BLACK called NIGGARICAN wich he also produced entirely. DOZA prides himself on consistency, originality, and transparency. Though he exhibits the traditional mc braggadocio with his lyrics he often balances vulnerable content into his music. He is an alternative rap fans dream as his sound is dramatic, dark, and soulful.
