Terms of service

Because all apparel items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at dozathedrumdealer@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

Digital products (downloads, EPs, albums) are non-refundable once delivered.

Physical music items (CDs, bundles) may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
